It's hard to believe that in such heterogeneous environments (like in grid or distributed computing or in virtuailised environments where one can run 3-4 different OSs on a single physical machine) something like that does not exist

Already did that earlier, pretty ****ing useless they were too, weren't really interested in applying much pressure.
It's all driving me nuts.
Wow, your ins co sucks. Dont they have a satisfaction pledge or something of the sort there? My policy specifically states that any insurance repair will return the car in a "showroom" condition. A glued on A-pillar trim isn't showroom condition.
at least they're willing to replace it after all.

Check it out. I'd love to hear some feedback!
BTW.. if you're in a band, this bandcamp site is amazing. It's free to signup and it's probably the easiest way to get music to fans. I'm sure it'll become quite popular once word gets around.
Thanks for your time!!!

It won't let me access that since the 60-day trial is over.
Also, one question about my iPod-
it's been doing well on waking me up with music every morning but it has not for the past three mornings. I keep checking- the alarm is set, the volume is up on the machine and speakers and music plays normally without the alarm. It doesn't even work on beep mode. Any ideas?

I just installed Snow Leopard on my Mac, but I installed it on the wrong drive and it did not overwrite the old OSX. Can I uninstalled SL and reinstall in proper location easily? HELP!

Ya, I'd wait for 10.5, then buy the new Mac. And after that save up for you console(which I'd say not the PS3, but I'm sure you've looked at the other system, or have the both)
yep. have a wii... absolutely love it. now i want another set-up. looked into the 360 but the PS3 sounds like a better buy. (blu-ray drive vs. standrd dvd drive; built-in wireless vs. not built in wireless; free internet vs. not free internet; 60 gig HDD vs. 20 gig HDD; HDMI vs. no HDMI... any questions?) i need a mac more though because this computer set-up that i have (12'' G4 powerbook) is seeing its age. just posted this question to get a little input. thtnk you guys!

you can record as part of your action selecting both layers (the Background and the placed watermark) and using the Move tool's Align Right, and Align Bottom features (they appear on the Tool Options Bar when the Move tool is selected)

I have a Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop that I'm very happy with. They mouse and keyboard share the same receiver, so that still leaves one USB slot for you. The batteries last a long time, and the two-button/wheeled mouse seems to be what you're looking for.
I got my complete set before Christmas for $28 after rebate - I think they were moving the set up another version.
Found this on google, so these might still be around ..

I'm sure all the 'eagle eyed' amongst us have seen the FCC disclaimer on the bottom of the apple iPhone page but I wonder if the unit has FCC clearance to be used? (Steve 'appeared' to demo the unit as part of his Keynote address)
Just a thought...
More info at www.paulhurst.blogspot.info (http://www.paulhurst.blogspot.info)
Ps... doesn't it look GREAT!!!
nope you are allowed to test prototypes, just not offer them for sale without FCC approval. Also your self promoting link doesn't work.

Not available where I stay, this machine comes standard with all households.
Sure guys, will cover those areas in the upcoming videos.

Clearly it is a display bug. And why hasn't it been fixed yet? Anyone else experiencing something similar? Note that it is not a persistent bug. It seems to occur only when certain apps are running in a certain order. So you may not even notice it straight away. But it does happen. Have a look:

The desktop space is a small issue, solvable, but not pretty...
So, no one thinks the additional 150ish pixels of height is worth it, then?? (for the 23")
No question that for landscape oriented photos, the dual is great. (Assuming I do not have to 50%-50% the screens photo/tools. It's the height in portrait photos that drives me nuts on my current iMac17"...
Another question: Can I arrange on or two web pages on one monitor and have new pages open full screen on the other?
(Awesome thoughts on this subject so far!)

i just got this and had my first lesson a couple days ago so i'm fresh, but pretty excited. seemed like a great guitar for the price and all you get with it, though the tuner is pretty garbage and the dvd wouldn't even load.
i was going to start a thread but saw this one. anyone have any good online resources for learning guitar or can recommend any specific youtube video series or something?

He has great lessons online, and he had loads of youtube videos for beginners to advanced. When my mates want to learn i give them a few lessons and refer them to his website for when im not around.
